Client Challenge: With rapid expansion and a growing team, Integra Group needed a new headquarters that reflected their scale, values, and commitment to design excellence. Positioned at the entry point to their Lucas estate—home to thousands of new land allotments—the site called for a building that was not only functional, but a visual statement.

Our Solution: Macneil Group delivered an architecturally designed, unique four-sided commercial building on a greenfield site—engaging early and working closely with Project Now Architects to bring the vision to life. The high-spec fitout, generous natural light, and quality materials signal a long-term investment in place and people. The building also benefitted from a highly collaborative project dynamic between Integra, the architect and Macneil Group based on clear understanding and trust.
