The Macneil Group was founded in Ballarat by Paul McCuskey and Jason Neil with a clear vision: to create a company built on expertise, integrity, and trust. From the outset, we set ourselves apart by prioritising transparency and accountability.

Meet the Team

  • Jason Neil

    MANAGING DIRECTOR

    Jason has a degree in Construction Management and over 20 years experience in both the commercial and residential construction industries. Jason is responsible for the acquisition and subsequent construction of the Groups built form projects, both in fields of contract tendering and design and construction facilitation for various client groups

  • Paul McCuskey

    DESIGN DIRECTOR

    Paul has over 30 years experience in building construction and property development. With formal qualifications in Planning, Building Surveying and Construction, Paul provides a wealth of expertise in the front end of our business, particularly in the areas of project acquisition, planning ​and finance.

  • Scott Kramer

    GENERAL MANAGER

    Scott Kramer has been actively involved in the building Industry for over 15 years. Scott has extensive experience in the commercial and residential contracting fields. Scott has managerial responsibility for the operations of the business.

  • Adam Lawler

    CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

    Adam Lawler has over 30 years of extensive experience in the delivery function of both commercial and residential construction sectors. Adam manages the groups team of site foreman, site supervisors and carpentry crews. In addition to this Adam has the responsibility of a vast base of subcontractors and suppliers.ion goes here
