We partnered with Integra Group to deliver a landmark commercial headquarters in Lucas—an architecturally designed, high-spec building that reflects their growth, values, and long-term vision for the community.

Integra Group Office

    • Client Challenge: With rapid expansion and a growing team, Integra Group needed a new headquarters that reflected their scale, values, and commitment to design excellence. Positioned at the entry point to their Lucas estate—home to thousands of new land allotments—the site called for a building that was not only functional, but a visual statement.

    • Our Solution: Macneil Group delivered an architecturally designed, unique four-sided commercial building on a greenfield site—engaging early and working closely with Project Now Architects to bring the vision to life. The high-spec fitout, generous natural light, and quality materials signal a long-term investment in place and people. The building also benefitted from a highly collaborative project dynamic between Integra, the architect and Macneil Group based on clear understanding and trust.

    • Result: The result is one of Ballarat’s finest modern commercial buildings that provides an excellent base for the Integra team. Designed for presence, performance and longevity, this build spared no expense and shows what’s possible when quality and design excellence are the driving motivations.
