We delivered a set of thoughtfully designed townhouses on a highly constrained Surf Coast site, overcoming complex planning challenges to maximise space, privacy and connection to the coastal surroundings.

Coastal Multi-Townhouses

    • Client Challenge: Located beside a busy supermarket and constrained by a tiny footprint, this Surf Coast site presented every planning and development challenge imaginable: minimum area for gardens, overshadowing, the need for private open space, and maintaining strong site lines that connected with the surrounding coastal beauty. Many builders would have said it couldn’t be done.

    • Our Solution: Drawing on our full end-to-end capability, we guided the project from initial planning approvals through to final construction. By leveraging our integrated expertise, we worked through the complex obstacles to deliver clever townhouse designs that maximised space, privacy, and comfort. Each stage—planning, design, and build—was carefully managed to meet Surf Coast regulations while balancing buildability and budget.

    • Result: The completed townhouses are compact, efficient, and beautifully finished—earning praise for how much was achieved on such a constrained site. A strong example of how a fully integrated development approach can unlock hidden value and deliver outstanding results.
