Client Challenge: Located beside a busy supermarket and constrained by a tiny footprint, this Surf Coast site presented every planning and development challenge imaginable: minimum area for gardens, overshadowing, the need for private open space, and maintaining strong site lines that connected with the surrounding coastal beauty. Many builders would have said it couldn’t be done.
