Client Challenge: This stunning site situated on the point at Lorne came with serious complications: a steep slope necessitating a retaining wall, extensive rock excavation, and poor access for heavy vehicles. The client envisioned an ambitious design entailing a unique blend of warm timber alongside a monolithic feel expressed through raw concrete and steel. Most builders would walk away from the site’s technical difficulty alone.

We managed complex material logistics, coordinated difficult concrete pours, and navigated the weather, terrain, and access issues to bring the project to life.
