Two-Dwelling Family Home

    • Client Challenge: The brief was to create two high-quality dwellings on a single suburban land allotment to provide independent, self-contained living alongside their primary residence. The challenge was to balance privacy, amenity, and long-term flexibility, while navigating planning approvals and maximising value from the land.

    • Our Solution: We worked closely with the family throughout the design and approvals process to create two distinct yet harmonious homes-each with its own entry, garden, and living zones. The design was smart, the construction efficient, and the outcome deeply considered how to balance complete independence while retaining the warmth of a shared family property.

    • Result: This is a successful two-lot subdivision that delivers on privacy, comfort, and value. The project kicked off on a cost plus contract* basis to facilitate an immediate start-further testament to the trust the client placed in us. But most importantly, this development is a smart future-ready housing solution that meets both current and long-term family needs.
