Client Challenge: The client engaged us to deliver a bespoke four-bedroom home on a steep, heavily vegetated block. Our challenge was to construct a contemporary split-level home that worked with the natural contours of the land while preserving as much of the existing vegetation as possible.

Our Solution: Our team devised a sensitive construction strategy, including carefully placed three-story scaffolding designed to navigate the dense vegetation without damaging the natural surroundings. The split-level design maximised the use of the site’s slope, creating a tastefully designed home with an elevated feeling and a solid, grounded structure.
