Our hands-on site team brings a proactive, solutions-first mindset to the build, swiftly addressing any community concerns to ensure a smooth transition for new residents. Our tightly managed and highly coordinated delivery program has already resulted in the successful handover of Stage 1 - comprising 120 quality dwellings - on schedule and to standard. With new residents now enjoying the vibrant Community Clubhouse precinct, we are progressing seamlessly into future stages. Our commitment to precision and minimal disruption ensures that ongoing construction coexists respectfully with the daily life of the community.
