Modern Residence

    • Client Challenge: The client came to us with a striking concept: a series of interlinked boxes forming independent living pods across a challenging residential site. The architectural ambition was high, but the design’s spatial logic was complex—requiring precision, patience, and a builder willing to embrace something different.

    • Our Solution: Working closely with the design team, we delivered the project as a residential design-and-construct build. While the program was demanding, we respected the integrity of the original concept, ensuring the result was true to the vision with high-quality finishes and precise detailing throughout.

    • Result: The final home is architecturally bold and visually distinctive, with a diversity of spaces that blend shared living with private wings. Despite its complexity, the outcome reflects our ability to step outside the ordinary when the design vision calls for it.
