Client Challenge: Most construction companies base themselves in industrial parks—but we wanted something different. We needed an office and operational base to match our culture: connected to the city, close to amenity, and purpose-built to support both our practical needs as well as our focus on enabling our people to be connected to the community they live in.

Our Solution: We searched hard and secured a rare inner-urban site and delivered a building that balances warehouse, office, parking, plant equipment and storage with natural light, greenery, and proximity to downtown Ballarat.
