Client Challenge: A private developer engaged Macneil Group to deliver a medical facility that would be suitable for long-term commercial lease by healthcare providers. In a central location, the site presented an excellent opportunity, but the challenge was to build cost-effectively with the right design.

Our Solution: We worked from early drawings to deliver a complete medical center build, supporting the developer’s goal to attract a stable tenant. Although commercial leasing conditions at the time were tough, we delivered a facility with the advantages of being flexible for a diverse healthcare practice and ready for immediate occupation.

Result: The site now houses Ballarat Community Health and serves as one of the key locations in their network of healthcare practices, delivering essential health.
