Client Challenge: As Ballarat’s newest suburb, Lucas has quickly grown into a vibrant, family-friendly community. With Coltman Plaza already established as the area’s commercial and retail hub, demand for additional space was rising. The challenge was to design and deliver new commercial premises that could accommodate a mix of business types while complementing the precinct’s growth and character.

Our Solution: In close collaboration with the project Architect, we delivered a flexible, future-ready design that allowed for multiple tenancy configurations - ranging from service retail to office use. Our integrated delivery model also extended to tenant fit-outs, ensuring each space was ready for business from day one. From planning to handover, we streamlined the process to reduce disruption and support early occupancy.

Result: The completed development is now home to essential local services including the post office, a hair salon, Vision Australia, and professional office spaces - each tailored to the needs of the individual businesses. Coltman Plaza continues to evolve as a cornerstone of the Lucas community, offering convenience, accessibility, and a strong commercial presence in a fast-growing suburb.
