Client Challenge: The CFA has an ongoing need for new and upgraded stations across regional Victoria. These buildings must be highly functional to serve the firefighters, as well as future-proof and conducive to the needs and expectations of the local communities. Each site had its own complexities, from logistics to local sensitivities.
Our Solution: As a trusted contractor for the CFA, we are quickly able to identify the needs of a new station as well as being able to diagnose problems with buildings that have previously been delivered below standard. We move quickly and get dedicated construction teams to go from location to location to keep up a high pace of delivery, with strict attention to quality and detail.
Result: To date we have delivered 48 stations for the CFA. We are proud of the bespoke delivery methodology we have innovated for one of our most important public services, and we plan to continue supporting the CFA well into the future.
