    • Client Challenge: Ballarat Urology needed a state-of-the-art facility that could serve their expanding practice while fitting into a sensitive heritage streetscape. The site featured a legacy building that required preservation and integration into the final design.

    • Our Solution: Macneil Group delivered a full design and construct solution, working very closely with the architect to retain and restore the heritage façade while delivering a modern medical extension to the rear. A suspended link bridge connects the two structures—ingeniously designed to span a major sewer line. The project required engineering creativity, heritage sensitivity, and meticulous detailing throughout.

    • Result: The result is a standout medical facility that combines new and old with architectural grace. A suspended, light-filled link elegantly bridges the past and present—reflecting our ability to deliver technically complex builds that respect their surroundings.
