    • Client Challenge: As a returning client, Harper Dental wanted us to guide them through the entire end-to-end development process to establish a new clinic with flexibility for future expansion. Based on a previous project, they knew our expertise in navigating complex VCAT approvals, so we were engaged even prior to site acquisition.

    • Our Solution: Dental clinics have unique technical requirements, including specialist equipment management and strict spatial planning for functionality. We worked closely with Harper Dental’s business owners, their clinical team, and our trusted architects to design and deliver a fully customised facility with treatment rooms fitted for precise service integration. The layout supports current operations while allowing for future expansion.
