    • Client Challenge: After securing a site in Development Victoria’s Ballarat West Employment Zone, the challenge facing Western Ag is to achieve their ambitious vision for a landmark corporate office in one of their key regional locations, while navigating the stringent planning overlays.

    • Our Solution: With extensive in-house planning experience complementing our design and construction credentials, Macneil Group stepped in as a trusted partner. We are managing approvals and coordinating closely with consultants to streamline the process. To keep momentum, both parties agreed to design & construct, enabling early works and detailed design to progress in parallel.

    • Result: The project is advancing through planning with confidence and remains aligned to Western AG’s business timeline. With a clear path forward, the new office is set to become a strong foundation for the company’s next phase.
