A design and construct project for Macneil Group, Anderson Street has certainly been one of our most challenging builds from an engineering perspective.
Built alongside a major drainage channel, the foundations for this building were constructed with screw piles, this coupled with major sewer diversions, adjoining residential buildings and severe planning restrictions governing heights and flood levels certainly made for a challenging build. The building was completed and handed over in September 2014.
